The purpose of this Sources Sought is to determine the socio-economic interest of small business for a future Request for Quote (RFQ) for personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control necessary to collect, transport, treat, and dispose of all Regulated Medical Waste (except non-conforming waste) generated by the Arkansas Medical Detachment and the Troop Medical Clinic located on Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72199, and the Dispensary Building located on Fort Chaffee, Barling, Arkansas 72905 as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please review the PWS for more detailed information.
A Site Visit will not be scheduled or comtemplated at this time.
No additional media (DCROM, floppy disks, faxes, emails, etc.) will be provided.
Interested Small Businesses shall be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM).
Interested Small Businesses are responsible for checking SAM.gov for updates to this Sources Sought.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562211 - Hazardous Waste Collection; Size Standard: $47,000,000.00
Interested Small Businesses shall have 3 to 5 years experience in providing the collection, transport, treatment, and disposal of Regulated Medical Waste (except non-conforming Waste) and shall provide relevant past performance.
Interested Small Businesses shall submit the following documentation in response to this Sources Sought to monica.d.walker.civ@army.mil by no later than 7:00 AM CT on Monday, March 25, 2024.
a. Capability Statement - Shall include the following information: Firms Full Legal Name, Full Address, Cage Code, Entity Unique Identifier Number, Point of Contact Information,
b. Past Performance - Shall be relevant to the PWS, Shall include Contract Numbers, Agency Name, Agency Point of Contat Information (Name, Email Adress, and Telephone Number), Description of Work pertinent to the Regulated Medical Waste.
c. All documents shall be in pdf format.
d. No documents will be accepted via CDROM, Floppy Disks, Faxes, or Paper Copy.
All questions shall be submitted in writing to monica.d.walker.civ@army.mil by no later than 7:00 AM CT on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. No questions will be answered telephonically. A question and answer sheet will be posted to SAM.gov Sources Sought prior to the submission date and time.
