REGION 4 STREAM HABITAT, HYDROLOGY, DIVERSION SURVEY, DESIGN, MONITORING, ANALYSIS AND REPORTING SERVICES
Amendment 0001 is being issued to clarify Schedule B at pages 4-5 and no response needed for table noted on page 47 of solicitation :
Contractor to submit an average hourly rate per task item from Schedule of Items at Section B- page 4-5. Indicate base year rate and rates for the next two optional years.
Page 47 does not need to have rates filled out. Task Order's (TO) will be based on a per site basis taking into account hourly rate for the individual tasks required under that TO.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. Response time is not extended. A signed copy of amendment 0001 must be submitted with proposal response
Forests in the Intermountain Region have become active in addressing aquatic habitat degradation resulting from water diversions and road/stream crossings. To address these effects, the Forest Service must conduct environmental analysis and disclose effects to the public as well as the regulatory agencies such as National Marine Fisheries Service, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Idaho Department of Water Resources, and the Army Corps of Engineers.
The contractor shall furnish all transportation, supervision, labor, and incidental supplies (unless noted differently on each order /call) necessary to provide the required services as noted in the following paragraphs. The contractor shall be responsible for the following: Collecting fish habitat and hydrologic field data; organizing, interpolating, analyzing and visually expressing the fish habitat and hydrologic data; providing technical reports that detail the data collection methodology; and delivering the data and reports, including all associated field notes, photos, videos, and electronic files, via a flash drive or other appropriate electronic media.
