AM 001-The purpose of this amendment is to revise the combined synopsis to the document dated 18 MAR 24 updating clauses and provisions.
A. This is a solicitation for Project: Grow, Deliver, Install Plant Material- Pine Creek
B. Bureau of Land Management Office ¿ Upper Snake Field Office (Idaho) has a requirement for a multiple year contract in which the contractor will provide delivery and installation of plant material to the Pine Creek project area in the Fall of 2024 and 2025. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, material, and supplies to grow, deliver, and install, to the specifications identified. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information.
C. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 14 March 2024 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time. All questions will be responded to through beta.sam.gov (GPE) only.
E. The planned period of performance for this contract is May 1, 2024 ¿ November 30, 2025. The REQUIRED start of planting operations for this contract is November 1, 2024 ¿ November 10, 2024, and November 1, 2025 ¿ November 10, 2025, for each of the planting years respectively. The contractor shall complete planting operations within 20 calendar days once planting is initiated following notification from the Contracting Officer¿s Representative (COR) that planting conditions are favorable. Planting operations shall be completed no later than November 30 of each respective planting year.
F. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this project.
I. This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official beta.SAM.gov website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors shall register at beta.SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to solicitation.

K. Electronic quotes will be the only accepted method for submission of quotes for this solicitation. Traditional paper quotes will not be accepted.
