The Arkansas Air National Guard has a requirement to provide Fire Fighter pre-employment and annual physical services.
A Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this requirement is attached to provide a description of the services required.
Capability statements are requested that demonstrate past experience and indicate the ability to provide the services.

Interested parties should cite DoD or other federal, state, or local agencies they have supported as applicable. The AR ANG requests that interested offerors submit an electronic response of not more than ten (10) one-sided pages, 8.5 x 11 paper, 10 pitch, Times New Roman font, with a minimum of one (1) inch margins all around. Any charts and/or brochures will be included as part of the ten (10) pages. Responsible sources having relevant experience may submit their statement of interest and capabilities, including business size classification, via e-mail to MSgt Robin Swaim-Cherry - robin.swaim-cherry@us.af.mil and Samuel Bond- samuel.bond.1@us.af.mil no later than 11:00 AM local time, 22 April 2024. Responses received after this date and time may not be reviewed.
This requirement is identified under NAICS 621111 – Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specailists), with a Small Business Size Standard of 16,000,000. Each response will provide their UEI number and Cage Code as well a statement stating their business size classification for the 621111 NAICS.
The selected firm must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database with no active exclusions from receiving a Federal Contract before being determined to eligible for award.
