Addendum 03 May 2024: Due to the request from multiple vendors for detailed information of equipement to be maintained/repaired (i.e. part numbers, dimensions of filters, ect.) in order to provide more accurate proposals/quotes, the suspense date for this solicition will be extended from 03 May 2024 @ 1000 CST to 17 May 2024 @ 1400 CST. That is a total of 14 calendar days. Additionally, the Excel Doc labeled "Filter Cost Workup" is NOT a mandatory document to be completed as part of a responsive proposal/quote; it is only intended as a template to help with pricing filter costs. The Filter Cost Workup Excel Doc has been updated with the lastest information. Please refer to the Filter Cost Workup Excel Doc for detailed information regarding filters located under Misc. Filters 2x Yearly.

This combined synopis and solicitation is for preventive maintenance and repair of equipment in
buildings 228, 233, and 282 for the 19th Maintenance Squadron. The preventive maintenance will
maintain existing abrasive blast equipment, breathing air systems, paint spray/removal equipment,
surface preparation booths, vinyl/decal equipment, and aircraft wash equipment, in accordance with
the manufacturer's recommended preventive maintenance and standard commercial practices.
Please review the solicitation and Performance Work Statement thoroughly to submit a responsive
quotation. For offerors' convenience, the Addendum to FAR clause 52.212-1 is restated below.
FAR 52.212-1 Addendum
This acquisition will utilize LPTA procedures; the award will be made to the contractor with the quotation of the lowest price that meets the technical requirements of the solicitation. Offerors shall price CLINs 0001-0006 including all SLINs (option periods and the extension option) on the solicitation.
The technical requirements are as follows:
1. Offeror shall provide 2-3 past performance references of recent and relevant work documentation performing similar work. Recent and relevant work is identified as work of similar scope/magnitude to this requirement and performed within the last four years.
a. Documentation must include a brief description of the services performed, the period of performance dates, at least one POC and their direct contact information from the beneficiary of the services and contract number.
2. Offeror shall provide a maintenance plan and schedule that meets all requirements in the Performance Work Statement.
a. Offeror's service plan shall explain how and when the offeror intends to accomplish the service. The plan should include the types of employees required (labor mix), the proposed schedule of work and address any particular elements of this service that will require special attention.
b. Offeror's maintenance plan and schedule shall not exceed 7 pages (1-sided), the government will only evaluate the first 7 pages.
Only quotations that are responsive to the requirements of the solicitation will be evaluated.
A site visit will be held on 17 April 2024 beginning at 9:00 AM CST at the Little Rock AFB Front Gate Visitor’s Center. Attendance is highly encouraged but is not mandatory. If attending the site visit, RSVP to SSgt Ryan Wagner is mandatory by 16 April 2024 at 10:00 AM CST.
