This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF24Q0007 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 484220 Specialized Freight (Except Used Goods) Trucking, Local, a small business size standard of $34.0M. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation has been updated with information as the customer has decided to increase the the number of pieces of equipment to be moved from 36 to 53. An updated equipment list has been uploaded to this solicitation and is in the attachments section below.
The New Hampshire Army National Guard is seeking Linehaul Services from Pease AFB, Newington NH to Littleton NHNG Armory. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Equipment List for a complete description of this requirement.
The New Hampshire Army National Guard requires the following items:
CLIN 0001: Linehaul Services (1 Job) Linehaul of containers, generators, vehicles and trailers from Pease AFB, Newington NH to Littleton NHNG Armory. 47 pieces of equipment total. Please see attached equipment list for specific equipment, weights, and dimensions.
*NOTES:
1. The gate at the pick-up location closes at 1400 everyday. Contractors shall plan to have one (1) pick up per day based on the pickup and drop off locations. Provide number vehicles and number of equipment moved per day in quote to the government.
2: Contractors shall plan to move all equipment within the Period of Performance indicated on the Statement of Work. Contractors shall plan to the number of vehicles needed to accomplish the work.

Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.
All technical or contractual questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 noon EST on 24 April 2024 to Joseph Jeddrey at joseph.w.jeddrey.civ@army.mil. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. If the Government responses to technical questions affect any portion of the solicitation then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued. The subject of your email must include your company's legal name, state the nature of your email and include the Solicitation Number W912TF24Q0007. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov.
Registration must be "ACTIVE" at the time of award.
