The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for planning purposes only. The New Hampshire National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Responses to this notice are NOT considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified business concerns capable of performing the requirements as described below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910- Site Contractors with a Small Business Administration Size Standard of $19.0M.
Specifically, the New Hampshire Air National Guard has a potential need to demolish approx. 30,000 sqft of office space within Hanger 254 at Pease ANGB in Newington, NH.
The scope of this project shall include the following:
-The removal of approx. 38000 sqft of mold contaminated walls, partitions, and drywall (2 layers)
-The removal of approx. 10,000 sqft of mold contaminated suspended acoustical ceiling tile
-The removal of approx. 10,000 sqft of mold contaminated permanent adhesive carpet tile
-Perform mold abatement throughout 30,000 sqft area
-Proper & safe disposal of all debris taken from Building 254
Submissions are restricted to ten (10) single-sided pages.
In responding to this notice, please provide the following information:
- An initial cost estimate given the activities described above
- The size status and socio-economic category of your organization
- A listing of projects completed during the past three (3) years, may be from both Government and/or private industry projects. The list must include the type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor. If a subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor.
- A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
- A letter from your surety with your maximum bonding capacity per project.
