This combined synopsis/solicitation, W912L924R0006, is being issued as a small business set-aside Request for Quotation. Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238210, IT and Telecom Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The size standard is $19M.
The Indiana Army National Guard has a requirement for fiber optic lines to be updated and installed at Camp Atterbury, Indiana 46124. The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract.
Requirements: (See attached solicitation "W912L9-24-R-006" for clauses). Attached specifications may not be all inclusive.
Evaluations Factors: Award will be made based Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/UEI number, Federal Tax Number and company's point of contact information.
A site visit is planned for 16 May 2024 at 10:00AM (Eastern) at the following location:

Building Location:
Building 244 is located on the northeast corner of Eggleston and 4th Street. We will begin in the contracting office and travel to both sites. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early.
The contractor shall field verify all the given information and confirm all quantities, measurements, and data prior to biding the project. Any discrepancies are the responsibility of the vendor. All vendors interested in submitting a quote should have representation in attendance.

Please provide your (bid) submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting of Indiana no later than 30 May 2024, 10:00 AM (Eastern). Responses received after the stated deadline will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
