The U.S. Government is currently in need of 15,000 to 20,000 SF of storage space for Wildland Fire Seed Storage in Support of the Bureau of Land Management Emergency Stabilization and Rehabilitation (ESR) and fuels program. In making the determination to provide the overall best value to the Government, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements, necessary space alterations/tenant improvements, rent costs, and proximity to BLM owned warehouse located at 1962 Commerce Ave, Boise, ID.
The Government seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated area: within 20 miles of BLM owned Seed warehouse located at 1962 Commerce Ave, in Boise Idaho

Space Type: Storage
- The facility would also need to be accessible by transport trucks pulling a 53 foot trailer (ingress, egress, turn radius).
- Easily accessible with a standard size forklift; either a trailer dock or a forklift ramp to load/unload delivery trucks.
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM access is required. 24 hour access is preferred
- Space must be for sole Government Occupancy. Colocations will not be considered
Full term: 5-7 years
Firm Term: 2 years with BLM having termination rights
Option Term: N/A
Subleases will not be considered. A Government standard lease document will be used for the transaction.
Buildings and parking offered must meet all current Federal, GSA/PBS, State, and local codes and regulations including but not limited to fire and life safety, ABAAS, OSHA, and seismic protection.
Offered space shall be in a building within the delineated area to include: entire city limits of Boise, ID and surrounding area. Properties located in a 100 year floodplain will not be considered. All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The lease term shall be for 5-7 years, up to 2 years firm term, with completion of tenant improvements and occupancy on or before 7/1/2024.

The Governments decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
