The purpose of amendment two (2) is to change the contract set-aside from a Total Small Business Set-Aside to Unrestricted due to lack of interested small businesses. . All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of amendment one (1) is to replace Clause 252.204-7012, Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting with 252.204-7012, Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting (DEVIATION 2024-O0013). All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
Solicitation W911SA-24-Q-3104 will be issued on Thursday, May 2, 2024, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Stationary and Mobile Fuel Support Operations at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The performance period is July 6-31, 2024.
Quotes shall be emailed to april.m.hericks.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.
