Phase 1 Site Visit:
A single site visit will be held on June 5, 2024 at 9:00 AM Mountain Time at the Mike Mansfield Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, located at 400 N Main Street in Butte, Montana. We will meet promptly in the lobby at 9:00 AM.
Each site visit attendee shall present a valid driver's license or other valid, federally issued photo ID at the time of their arrival. Attendees who are not able to present a valid ID will not be allowed on-site.
Offerors shall submit a signed copy of Amendment 0001 to the Contracting Officer with its proposal.

GSA Design Build Project - D-B – Mike Mansfield Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse Seismic Retrofit & Limited Modernization - Phase 1 Solicitation
This project is for the design and construction of the seismic retrofit and limited modernization project for the Historic Mike Mansfield Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse located in Butte, Montana. This acquisition encompasses the design and construction of a seismic retrofit to bring the building to current seismic standards and is planned to be completed with low-embodied carbon concrete, steel, and glass, and a full roof replacement. Interior architectural construction includes correction of Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) deficiencies and Historic Mitigations. Modernization of building systems include HVAC, electrical subpanels, sewer, and plumbing.

Scope of Work documents are available. To receive a copy of the scope of work documents, offerors must first complete the provided CUI Information Request Form (Solicitation Attachment 01 – Request for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)) and return the completed/signed document to the Contracting Officer at Christie.VandenDries@gsa.gov. Documents will be distributed to Offerors who return properly completed forms.
All questions related to solicitation 47PJ0024R0061 shall be submitted in writing via email, to both the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist, no later than 10:00 AM Mountain Time, June 20, 2024. Questions received after this cutoff may not receive a response.
All Phase 1 qualification submissions must be submitted via email and received by the Government no later than 10:00 PM, Mountain Time, July 9, 2024.
