Rev1:
Q: What the available power supply will be as this will impact the cost and equipment we provide here?
A: The government (shop 99E) uses these connectors for 110v 15A services. https://www.jbn-duraline.com/product/male-pigtail-plugs-12-3-male-black-m101802-012b-010-blk/
Rev2:
Q: Is this single phase, 220v, 50amp power available? Or is there 3-phase by chance?
A: This 110V 15A Refrigerator box would most likely be fed from a 110/208 panel that is stepped down from a 3 phase 440V 400A service. Single phase 50A services are not readily available (but could provide if that was the only option for a specific component or service). There is an abundance of 3 phase power available.
Rev3:
Q: Does the site prefer to run this on 3-phase, 480v, 30amps or 3-phase, 220v, 50amps?
A: We would prefer to run 480v 30A. In this case, we would us a different Duraline male connector. PNS can support either service. jbn-duraline.com/product/male-pigtail-plugs-8-4-soow-male-black-m103208-008b-010-blk/
Q: Can you clarify what you are looking for in the RFQ? And are you looking for a quote on the entire requirement or can we propose portions of it?
A: CLIN 0001 is a CDRL that will be NSP. CLINs beginning in 1 are for Project One located at NBPL in San Diego, CA . CLINs beginning in 2 are for Project Two located at PNS in Kittery, ME. CLINs beginning in 3 are for Project Three located at PNS in Kittery, ME. Please fill out the proposed unit price/total amount for each CLIN within the document. In addition, please specify the mobilization time required ARO. The intention for this requirement is to award the entire requirement to one vendor who can support all three projects, however, PNS encourages submissions of what the vendor is capable of (specify on the RFQ document) in the event one vendor is not capable of supporting the entire requirement.
Q: How do you want the submission?
A: Please email the completed/signed RFQ (and amendment document), technical specifications, filled out OPSEC enclosure 3, and any other applicable/required documents relevant to your submission to be considered.
