This is a combined synopsis / solicitation to remove driftwood and debris around the upper pilings and mooring dock located at the USCG facility in Owensboro, KY. All work to be completed according to the attached Statement of Work.
The Contractor will remove driftwood from around upper pilings and mooring dock. Work shall be completed from a river barge.
Only driftwood in the water may be moved. Wood on the river back must remain, or be loaded onto the barge for disposal.
Removed driftwood from pilings and mooring will be pushed free from lodged area to float down river.
A Firm Fixed Price service order will be issued to the contractor with the lowest priced quote. All contractors must be actively registered in Sam.Gov

Period of performance is June 17th through 28th, 2024. Period of performance is negotiable.
