The purpose of Amendment 001 to RFQ W519TC-24-Q-0110 is provide answers to the following Contractor submitted questions:

We would like to know if this is a brand-new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?

Could you please provide information on the availability of maps for the burn units?

The USG has on hand the past areas that have been burned to include maps.

US Army Contracting Command – Rock Island, Munitions and Industrial Base Division – CCRI-AIE
1. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2. The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby requests a quote for a Prescribed Burn at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 001 “B01_Performance Work Statement_Prescribed Burn.”
3. Solicitation W519TC-24-Q-0110 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), being set aside to be awarded to a small business, in accordance with (IAW) FAR 12.6. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being released in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
4. The following NAICS code and small business size standard apply:
NAICS: 115310: Support Activities for Forestry
Size Standard: $11,500,000.00
5. Contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR 13.106-3 to the responsive and responsible contractor that is the lowest price that is determined fair and reasonable and meets the terms and conditions of this solicitation and Attachment 001 “A02_Performance Work Statement_Prescribed Burn.”
6.Offerors shall submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer.
7. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items, and any addenda to this clause, are applicable to this acquisition.

12. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022 07, published August 10, 2022; and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement 20220623, published June 23, 2022.
13. Quotes shall be submitted quote electronically via email by 9:00AM, Central Time on 24 May 2024 via email. Contractor shall use Attachment 002 “B01_Price Matrix_Prescribed Burn to submit its price quote.
