A. This is a solicitation for Project: 2024 Bear Lake East Noxious/Invasive Weed Inventory
B. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office has a requirement to secure services for on-the-ground inventorying for the presence of invasive and noxious weed species. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information.
C. A site visit will not be conducted.
D. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than MAY 21 2024 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time. All questions will be responded to through beta.sam.gov (GPE) only.
E. The period of performance for this project is 60 workdays after award.
F. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541620, size standard of $19.0 million.
G. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this project.
H. This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official beta.SAM.gov website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors shall register at beta.SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to solicitation.
