The scope of work the removal of the existing Delta bypass valve, purchase, and installation of a new bypass valve. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment.
Note: Lead time for this bypass valve is expected to be 36 weeks after order acknowledgement. The contractor shall not start construction until new bypass valve and all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials are onsite and ready for assembly. The contractor shall be required to submit supplied valve to Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) listed below for review prior to purchase. If not reviewed before purchase, the contractor may be financially responsible for valve without repayment by the Government.
