This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-04 effective May 1, 2024. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5517 Revision 21 effective December 26, 2023 for Bingham county, Idaho is applicable and is attached.
This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 811310, and the small business size standard is $12.5 million.

All work shall be completed within 45 days after receipt of award. Tractor is to be picked up, repaired and delivered or dropped off at the USDA, ARS at 1691 South 2700 West in Aberdeen, ID.
