This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for the rental of brand-name JLG manlifts in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

- Anticipated delivery is to begin on or about 8/15/2024.Base

- Time frames are provided in the on each CLIN number in the RFQ.

METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Offers shall be emailed to David Agea. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
At a minimum, quotes shall contain the completed RFQ and Enclosure 3 U-NNPI forms (attached), and will include any and all technical data/spec sheets as applicable.
