Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Priest Lake Ranger District – Janitorial Services
The Priest Lake Ranger District has a requirement for janitorial services within six Federally-controlled buildings, the Main Office, Fire Office, Fire Cache/Carpenter Shop, Cookhouse, Large Bunkhouse, and Small Bunkhouse. All buildings will require year-round janitorial services, but several of the buildings will change the frequency of required cleaning between field season vs. the winter season. Individual bunkrooms in the Cookhouse, Large Bunkhouse, and Small Bunkhouse will be cleaned three times per year in November, January, and March. All buildings are located at the Priest Lake Ranger District.
The Priest Lake Ranger District is located approximately 33 miles north of Priest River, Idaho. The Priest Lake Ranger District’s mailing address is 32203 Highway 57, Priest Lake, Idaho, 83856-8680. The mailing address does not accurately reflect the geographic location of this facility. Directions: from Highway 2 in Priest River, Idaho, take Highway 57 North for approximately 33 miles. There will be a grass airstrip on the West (left) side of the highway and the Priest Lake Ranger District is on the East (right) side of the highway and is marked with a large sign.
This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired from the USDA designated products categories.
