Design, build and installation of 10 Initial Attack dispatch consoles for Dillon Interagency Dispatch Center. The Contractor shall design, acquire, deliver, assemble and install consoles. The Contractor will coordinate all site visits, delivery and installation with Dillon Dispatch Center Manager and Assistant Center Manager. Timely updates should also be provided throughout course of design, build and installation. All labor, supervision and equipment required to complete installation shall be provided by the Contractor. The DDC Preferred Layout attachment identifies each console location and overall layout of available space and location of power outlets and data ports. Exact measurements provided for hard office walls and future panel walls. Each console shall be equipped the same, with identical components, accessories and dimensions. This is the preferred layout. Any deviation form
preferred layout shall be approved by the Dillon Dispatch Center Manager and Assistant Center Manager. Alternative layout must be approved in advanced and provide efficient and appropriate workspace for dispatchers.
