Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests, Lochsa-Powell Ranger District, Lolo Pass Visitor Center and Powell Ranger Station – Janitorial Services
The Lolo Pass Visitor Center and the Powell Ranger Station have a requirement for janitorial services within fifteen Federally-controlled facilities at two different locations that are within 13 miles of one another. Five of the buildings will require year-round janitorial services, two buildings will require services during part of the year, and eight buildings will require annual janitorial services. Two of the buildings are located at the Lolo Pass Visitor Center and thirteen buildings are located at the Powell Ranger Station.
Both the Lolo Pass Visitor Center and the Powell Ranger Station are located off Highway 12 between Lolo, Montana, and Kooskia, Idaho. They are approximately 13 miles apart from one another. The addresses may not work with electronic map locators such as Google Maps.
The Lolo Pass Visitor Center has a mailing address of 21200 US Highway 12 W, Lolo, Montana, 59847-9429. The Powell Ranger Station has a mailing address of 192 Powell Road, Lolo, Montana, 59847-9360.
The Lolo Pass Visitor Center is approximately 44 miles southwest of Missoula, Montana, and sits on the Idaho side of the Idaho/Montana border. The Powell Ranger Station is approximately 57 miles southwest of Missoula, Montana.
This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired from the USDA designated products categories.
