The scope of work includes removing existing culvert and headwalls and replacing it according to provided drawings and specification listed below. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment. Once the contractor is on site, all construction must be completed in 30 days due to the access restrictions to the lock. The contractor must notify the lockmaster one week before work begins on site so that large supplies can be brought to the lock before the road is closed.
