Any information submitted by respondents to this Source Sought Notice is voluntary. The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Respondents should not construe this notice as a commitment by the Air Force for any purpose and should refrain from providing proprietary information in the response.

LRAFB anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this effort. The effort is expected to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. NAICS code is anticipated to be 334220, size standard 1,250 Employees.
- INSTRUCTIONS: All businesses capable of providing the required products as described, are invited to respond electronically.
- All products must meet these requirements:
- The equipment must be Mobile Users Objective System (MUOS) on the move ready.
- Provide secure and non-secure voice and data connectivity via tactical satellite, beyond the line of site and line of site reach back services via ground to air and air to ground communications during operation, advanced echelon, and initial reception of forces.
Responses shall include company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact with email address and telephone number, indicate business size (small business, small disadvantaged business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business, woman-owned small business, or HUBZone) using NAICS 334220, size standard 1,250 Employees, and indicate any current government contract vehicles you are currently apart of. The Air Force reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside for any subsequent acquisition based upon responses to this notice. In the event Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it will be advertised as unrestricted.
Additionally, responses shall include the following:
- A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor.
- A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor.
- Small business respondents should provide a statement of capabilities to assist the Air Force in making a set-aside decision.
- Top Secret classification, cross-banding, and simultaneously data and voice capabilities.
Statement of Capabilities are limited to 5 pages and should demonstrate capability to provide the required Tac Radio that meets all the specified requirements above.
