The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated performance time is 90 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP).The estimated value of this construction project is $90k-$130k.
This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a Small Business in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR.
All documents attached to this announcement are considered by the FAA to be in final format at this time.
Any activities or costs associated with offerors proposal development and submission thereof is at the risk of the offeror and will not be reimbursed by the FAA.

EVALUATION
This is a competitive solicitation for a FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract. As such, any quotes received that take exception to the terms and conditions in this solicitation, proposes additional terms or conditions, or otherwise indicates within their proposal that their proposed pricing is not all inclusive of the FFP proposed, cannot be evaluated at face value in a competitive environment and will, therefore, be determined ineligible for a contract award.
Any activities or costs associated with offerors proposal development and submission thereof is at the risk of the offeror and will not be reimbursed by the FAA. See attached solicitation 6973GH-24-Q-00205 and Statement of Work (SOW) for all details pertaining to the work to be performed.
The FAA intends to award a contract to the lowest price offeror determined to be eligible for award.
