SUBMITTAL
Interested firms are requested to provide expressions of interest (via email) to the undersigned by close-of business on July 8, 2024. Included must be sufficient written information confirming the responder’s qualifications that addresses each of the following criteria:
- Financial and bonding capacity
- Safety record (provided Experience Modification Rates and OSHA 300 logs / 300A summaries for each of the previous 3 years)
- Demonstrated experience and expertise (include references) with similar construction projects within the previous 5 years, including:
- Understanding of construction of safety-related systems, structures, and components (SS-SSCs) and associated quality requirements
- Management of Government-furnished equipment
- In-field oversight and execution of substantial welding activities
- Coordination of multiple, specialty sub-tier contractors.
- Demonstrated experience contracting with Government agencies.
- Agreement to become signatory to the INL Site Stabilization Agreement (available at http://sitelaborcoordinator.com/index.php/downloads/)
- Capacity to effectively support construction of the LOTUS test bed, beginning in summer 2025.
- Initial identification of major risks/challenges/uncertainties envisioned with supporting construction of the LOTUS test bed.
Note that responses must be no more than 30 pages in length. BEA will determine which offerors will receive the RFP for the project.
