The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05.
The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase Tornado and APR Door Seals for Area C, F, Outside Containment. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order.

Failure to provide the required information in the requested format may result in quotes not being considered for award.
Attached Provisions/Clauses including the Buy American Act apply to this RFQ and any subsequent award.
This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs.
