Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. SOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTION This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a RFI only. The purpose of this RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 334516 (size standard of 1000 Employees). Responses to this RFI will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this RFI, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this RFI synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide a Curian Analyzer to read the Meridian H. pylori stool antigen (HpSA) tests that at a minimum meets the following salient characteristics with a brand name or equal product for the VA Phoenix Healthcare System: The analyzer must be capable of reading Meridian H. pylori stool antigen (HsPA) test and providing an automated analyzer readout. The analyzer must be capable of transmitting results into VISTA using existing Data Innovation Instruments Manager middleware. The analyzer must be FDA-Cleared. The contractor shall be responsible for installation of the analyzer and all accessories. The contract shall provide training on all aspect of the analyzer operation during the initial installation and implementation phase. Prior to being granted access to VA facilities the contractor s personnel providing training must complete VA Course No. VA10176 Privacy Training . Training is available on VA TMS website at: https://www.tms.va.gov/SecureAuth35/. The contractor shall provide at minimum provide a one-year manufacture warranty for the analyzer. If the analyzers are rented or placed it shall be warranted for the life of the rental or placement. The contractor shall replace the analyzer should it become irreparable and shall be responsible for all cost associated with its replacement. Interested parties of RFI must be an authorized reseller, distributor, or dealer of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
