The 119th Wing/North Dakota Air National Guard, located at 1400 32nd Ave. North in Fargo, ND 58102 is conducting preliminary Market Research to determine an available pool of Small Business vendors who can provide replacement tables and chairs for the installation's Dining Facility. Please see the attachment that possesses descriptions and images of the current tables and chairs currently in use, as well as salient (physical, functional, and performance) characteristics that would be required of replacement tables and chairs.
This notice is being disseminated for Market Research purposes only to identify Small Business vendors who are able to fulfill this potential requirement. If you are a Small Business interested party who is able to provide replacement tables and chairs that meet the salient characteristics identified in the attachment, please identify your firm's UEI number, CAGE code, and a capability statement via email to Capt Brian Erdmann at brian.erdmann@us.af.mil. Additionally, budgetary price estimates are requested in the interest of financial planning, but not required. This notice is not a formal RFQ and any information provided by interested parties will be retained for Market Research purposes only. All information from interested parties that is received in response to this notice will be collected and saved until which time this potential requirement becomes completely defined. A solicitation MAY be issued at that time. This notice does not authorize the commitment of appropriated funds, nor does it obligate the government to any contract or agreement with any interested parties.
