Amendment 7: The purpose of this amendment is to update the SOW from 18 April 2024 to revised version dated 06 Aug 2024. Changes that have been made to the SOW are annotated in red. Please see attached updated SOW titled “Vehicle Barrier _SOW_REVISED 06 Aug 2024”. Solicitation Amendment FA302224R00080002 SF 30 has also been attached in SAM.gov. No other changes have been made.
Amendment 6: The purpose of this amendment is to attach RFI answers to SAM.gov. Please see the attachment "02-RFI_FA302224R0008". No other changes have been made.
Amendment 5: The purpous of this amendment is to update the RFI due date. RFIs are due NLT 1200 CST on 08Aug24. No other changes have been made.
Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date from 25July24 at 1200 CST to 23Aug24 at 1200 CST. The attachment "Delta HPU Nameplate" has been added to section J. Lastly, another site visit will be held on 06Aug24 at 0900. Send an email to the POCs by 05Aug24 at 1200 CST. The email must contain the FULL names of the individuals that will be attending the site visit. Those attending the site visit should arrive early at Security Force’s Visitors Center to allow time to process their base passes. An escort will meet contractors at the Visitors Center and guide them to the site.
Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to provided clarification for answers 1 and 2. See attachment “RFI 02_FA302224R0008”. Also, please see the attached picture of the HPU nameplate. Attachment name is “Delta HPU Nameplate”.
Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to attach the questions and answers that have been received in response to this SAM.gov Solicitation. Please see attachment “RFI 01_FA302224R0008” for answers to questions submitted by the designated deadline.
Amendment 1: This amendment is to correct the requirement description and the SAM description to the follow:
The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a full update
of the final denial vehicle barrier controls to a fiber optic system and replace the control panels and EFO panels.
Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF
requirements and other codes and references.
The Government is offering a site visit opportunity on Tuesday, 09 July 2024 at 9:00 AM CST. It is advised that you arrive at the visitor’s center an hour early to allow time for your base passes to be processed. The site visit is Highly Encouraged but not mandatory. In order to attend the site visit, your team must contact the POC to inform them of your intent to attend NLT 4:30 PM CST on Tuesday, 02 July 2024. If you do not provide the POC with the first and last names off all attendees, by 4:30 PM CST on Tuesday, 02 July 2024, you will not be able to attend the site visit. All RFIs must be submitted NLT 4:30 PM CST on Thursday, 11 July 2024.
IAW FAR 36.204(d) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000.
Contractors/Offers must complete CUI Training Slides then sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Send singed MFR to the POC and accesses to the locked documents in SAM.gov will be granted.
