Miles City Field Office Dispatch Upgrade
The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office is soliciting quotes for several dispatch center upgrades at the Miles City Field Office (MCFO) Fire Building. The scope of work includes the installation of a new washer and dryer, including necessary wiring and plumbing; removal of the existing garage door and associated hardware, expansion of the garage door opening, and installation of a new insulated garage door with hardware; extension of the concrete driveway; and installation and plumbing of new floor drains. This project is located at the BLM MCFO Fire Building, 111 Garryowen Road, Miles City, MT 59301, situated in Custer County. The designated work area is within the employee occupied MCFO fire building.

SITE VISIT: The Government strongly urges offerors to inspect the site to gain a better understanding of the work requirements and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award.
