Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Five (5) Cyclone Hand Chain Hoists. In Accordance With (IAW) MIL-H-904J, inspection an acceptance and provide a Certificate of Conformance (CoC) showing compliance to MIL-H-904 Class 2, Type C requirements. Conformance to both zinc plated chains and hooks and static and dynamic load testing according to MIL-H-904. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Business.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-24-Q-0206 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
