Hard hat, yellow safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, mask, closed toed shoes [not sneakers], shoe covers and long pants.

2. Information concerning the REE policies and procedures regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts and the time required for definitization of those actions per 15 U.S.C. 644 is available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/.
3. REE gathers the data regarding the length of time it takes for definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts on a rolling data call basis in which the awarding contracting office provides on a per modification basis. That data will be aggregated and will be available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/ as required by 15 U.S.C. 644(w). Data regarding this requirement was not gathered prior to FY23.
4. The procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the USDA BioPreferred Program.
