The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), Pacific Island Division (PID) is soliciting quotes to paint the bottom of a NOAA P/V F3901, a 38ft. Aluminum hull SAFE Boats vessel in accordance with the Statement of Work/Technical Specifications.
The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 336611, with a size standard of 1,300 EMP. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses.
The RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via SAM.gov. The solicitation number 1333MF24Q0086. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued.
