This project consists of providing all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, and incidentals for installing lightning protection, to paint the exterior, to raise the height of the handrails, to perform maintenance of the guy wire, and to make concrete repairs to Block C
of the Mingus Mountain Lookout Tower.
Amendment 01:
1. Updated the Period of Performance to September 15th, 2024 - September 15th, 2025 or 90 days after Notice to Proceed.
2. Update Site Visit information; Site Visit date changed to August 8th at 10:00AM local time, Site Visit will be at the Minus Summit Rest Area located on the northeast corner of the intersection of State Highway 89A and Forest Service Road 104.
3. Extend the RFQ Due date to August 30th, 2024 at 1:00PM CD.
