The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS) has a need for vault toilet pumping services on several Ranger Districts of the Boise National Forest to include-Cascade Ranger District, Lowman Ranger District, and Emmett Ranger District. This is a request to initiate a 5-year contract on an “as needed” basis at recreation sites throughout these ranger districts, which are referred to collectively as the “North Zone.” Service will fluctuate depending on the use during the year, multiple pumping’s of some vaults may be required, and shall be pumped at a frequency and time of year as scheduled by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and listed on the Schedule of Items (SOI).
The vaults are located throughout the North Zone districts as listed herein in the Schedule of Items, and shown in the maps in Attachments 2, 3, and 4. (Note: One Vault Location = one unit = each). The contractor shall furnish toilet pumping services which includes all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump, recharge, cleanup, disinfect, dispose of all waste products removed from the toilets, and add water following pumping and cleaning in accordance with the following contract specifications and in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
