The Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,600 square feet of data center space to accommodate data processing equipment for the Army Corps of Engineers, Information Technology (ACE-IT) Department. Lease Term: Five (5) years, one (1) year firm with four (4) rights to renew each subsequent year thereafter. The right to renew is reserved to the Government and the Lessor has no termination rights. Lease Location: Leased space must be within the city limits of Hillsboro, Beaverton or Portland Oregon. Lease Occupancy: Immediate progressive occupancy may be required, therefore the leased space must already exist and meet the specifications outlined by the Lease Requirements. A tour of the facility shall be given if requested by the Government. Other Notes: Progressive occupancy may be requested in the first year of the lease. ACE-IT may not begin to move IT equipment over until all service lines are in place and service contracts are executed. This process could take 9 months.
