The contractor shall be responsible for group site maintenance, ATTHU units maintenance, removal, and disposal of the units. The contractor shall provide ATTHU maintenance, group site maintenance, ATTHU removals in compliance with the requirements and the applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Applicable codes are provided in Appendix B, Codes for Modular Temporary Housing, however, FEMA does not represent that this is all inclusive. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all applicable laws and regulations are followed.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, facilities, tools, equipment, material, supplies necessary for the maintenance, removal, and disposal of the ATTHUs and the group sites where the ATTHU are installed necessary to, or incident to, performing and providing the service as required in the PWS.
The requirement is for maintenance, removal, and disposal of up to 400 ATTHUs. The ATTHUs will include 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom models. The 1 bedroom and 2-bedroom units shall have a single full bath. The 3-bedroom units shall have 2 full baths.
The Contractor shall removal all units and associated utilities and/or restore the site to condition as set forth in the lease for the property.
