The Croatan Ranger District requires a compact tractor with all wheel drive, a low center of gravity, and dual wheels to reduce ecological impact on swampy and sandy soils during maintenance activities. It will be used to maintain ditches and canals with 30-degree slopes as well as mowing campgrounds, recreation areas and septic drainage fields.The machine needs to be small enough to be transportable on existing district transport equipment.
Deliver a VENTRAC 4520 (or equal) gas tractor with attachments (see attached pecifications). Offered product should include all components required to use all attachments on delivery.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror responsive to this RFQ is the lowest price technically acceptable.
