This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Janitorial Services for the Oconee Ranger District. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation and incidentals, except as listed under Government-Furnished Property in accordance with the schedule of items, specifications, attachments, terms and conditions of teh solicitation. There is a base period with up to four option years, if exercised.
No formal site visit is scheduled but you are encouraged to visit the areas to be cleaned and the individuals at the Ranger Districts that you can contact are listed in the SOW.
Please verity the quantity of visits for each site per year. The Schedule of Items is an estimate of the quantity. If you have any questions about the solicitation please contact myself or the contacts listed in the SOW.
Please make sure that you sign the SF-1449, and send back along with the schedule of items and Attachments 1, 2.
