Synopsis: Service for repair/replacement of parts on JLG high lift equipment, SOURCES SOUGHT.
The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources of U.S. Small Business contractors with current and relevant experience capable to perform “Repairs/replacement of multiple parts on two JLG high lifts.”

A Brief Description of work includes:
JLG Rebuild shall include the following:
- Replacement of all hoses
- Replacement of all fluids
- Replacement of all Filters
- Replacement of all Battery’s
- Replacement of all Sensors
- Rebuild of all Hydraulic cylinders
- Diagnose and inspect all electrical system and components
- Complete thorough inspection of all drive motors and axles
- Complete thorough inspection of all swing gear and basket
Installation shall occur at the Contractor’s Facility and include the following:
- Remove and dispose of all components and debris unusable from Government JLG high lifts.
- One (1) year warranty to start on the day of delivery to and acceptance by the Government of installed equipment.
- Pick-Up and Delivery will be coordinated by contractor along with Installation will occur at the Contractor’s Facility. Installation shall be completed no later than 120 Days after date of contract award.
This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal or Request for Quote and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this market research.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $12.5 million. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 22 July 2024, 1:00 p.m. Central.
In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
