This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNY & IMF) for a Firm-Fixed Price commercial service contract. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect though Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2024-05, DFARS (05/30/2024) and NMCARS 18-22.
This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 485999 - Other Transit and Ground Passenger Transportation. This NAICS code size standard is $19 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this requirement is V222 - Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Passenger Motor Charter.

Funding is not currently available for this requirement; however, the requirement is anticipated to be funded prior to the commencement date.
