Touch Labor Weight Handler support

This Modification is to correct the CLIN structure to the SOW and to extend the solicitation one (1) day to allow offerors to adjust their proposal. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Scope: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) Code 900R has an immediate FY24 requirement to provide non-commercial production trade labor support services for ten (10) experienced, skilled and qualified Marine Weight Handler personnel, two (2) supervisors, and program management to assist with the execution of non-nuclear production labor support modernization and repair work onboard a nuclear-powered submarine(s) for upcoming availabilities at PNS in Kittery, Maine.

The period of performance for this contract is from September 30, 2024, to August 29, 2025.

The Contractor shall provide the estimated level of effort noted below to support continuous operations and provide supervisory oversight and contract management that are necessary to maintain high standards of work and effective administration throughout the contract period.

Hours of Work:

First Shift Weight Handlers:

1. Straight Time: 9,000 hours (Total for 5 Weight Handler Personnel)
2. Overtime: 900 hours (Total for 5 Weight Handler Personnel)

Second Shift Weight Handlers:

1. Straight Time: 9,000 hours (Total for 5 Weight Handler Personnel)
2. Overtime: 900 hours (Total for 5 Weight Handler Personnel)

First Shift Supervisor:

1. Straight Time: 1,800
2. Overtime: 180

Second Shift Supervisor:

1. Straight Time: 1,800
2. Overtime: 180

Place of Performance - Work will be performed on-site at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine
