AE Renovate Space to Meet Hazardous Storage Requirements The Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm shall furnish professional services for 100% design to install a hazardous drug storage room and relocate hazardous exhaust vents at the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The design will include Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction/Bid Documents per the A/E Design Submission Instructions Documents, Construction Administration Services, Technical Specifications and Cost Estimates. The design shall include all necessary aspects and modifications needed for Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Life Safety, Digital Control, and Fire Alarm Systems as per the VA requirements. Work is to be completed within 126 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The VA s goal is to get fair and reasonable pricing. Therefore, we are soliciting full and open to determine the appropriate set-aside necessary to fulfill the VA needs. To assist the VA in making an accurate determination, we must know your firm s interest. In order to be eligible, interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at https://sam.gov.
