The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota has released solicitation FA4690-24-R-0005 for a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The contract will be awarded using acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The award will be for a 1-year period with a potential 6-month extension. The period of performance for this contract will be from 26 September 2024 to 25 September 2025.
This will be a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561110 with a size standard of $11 million. To be eligible to compete for WOSB set-aside awards, the offeror must either be certified by an SBA-approved Third-Party Certifier (TPC), OR self-certify accordance with current SBA regulations.

All interested and responsible WOSB entities may submit a proposal that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Past performance questionnaires are due by 12 August 2024 and Proposals are due by 12 August 2024 by 4:30pm MDT. WOSB contractors submitting a proposal must also have a Cage Code and be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn and Bradstreet.
