The USDA intends to procure a Bruker Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization (MALDI) Biotyper Sirius Research Use Only (RUO) System on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified procedures for certain commercial items under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000.
