Additional Requirements:
- This requirement is for a federal law enforcement agency that has approximately 150-200 visitors upon opening each day.
- Must be capable of meeting Facility Security Level 3 standards.
- Separate entrances for staff and visitors are required.
- Space must be contiguous and capable of accommodating a minimum of 9-foot ceiling.
- Space below grade will not be considered.
- Must be within ½ mile of public transportation.
- Cannot be located near railroad tracks, tattoo parlors, bars, place of worship or daycare facilities.
- If columns are present within space, minimum 25-feet space (on center) is required and column furring cannot exceed 12-inches on any side.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
