The Deschutes National Forest has need for the replacement of the boat docks located at the Crane Prairie Boating Site. New docks should consist of approximately 6-8 6’x20’ boat dock sections (“Transient Floats”), and coinciding equipment/fasteners to anchor docks in the water. This is to include cables/chains and concrete anchors (“Deadmen”) or means of attachment to existing
“Piling”. Boat dock sections are to be of a standard and interchangeable design as to be used in any variation/location throughout the forest. This dock should also include any hardware to affix to existing bulkhead (“Abutment”) or include an associated aluminum gangplank (“Gangway”) to be used in conjunction with the new dock sections if needed. All docks and gangways are to adhere to those applicable guidelines as stated in Attachments B and C. All materials to be delivered and installed at the Crane Prairie Boat Site Located at Lat./Long.
