The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential sources capable of providing the services described below. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. The Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System located at 3601 South 6th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85723, is seeking a qualified contractor who can fulfill a requirement to provide Chiller Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services. No Government equipment will be used by the Contractor. All maintenance and repairs on included equipment shall conform to the following factory trained technicians; EPA Section 608 certified to perform comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) and repair services as well as any required support for the identified equipment and systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and specifications. Additionally, all maintenance and repair services rendered shall conform to the latest published edition National Fire Protection Association (NFPA-99), OSHA, and the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Provide once a year factory annual on the (17) seventeen chillers and (2) two DX units, and twenty-four (24) hour seven (7) days per week emergency call back service. Coverage for all units shall include a 2-hour response time for service calls.
