The Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG) is seeking a contract opportunity with a contractor who can provide Non-Commercial Sustaining Announcements (NCSA) through radio and television for the Recruiting and Retention Battalion in accordance with the attached documentation.
The objective of the Alaska Army National Guard NCSA program is to reach our state-wide target audience through television and radio with the intent to promote the benefits of joining the AKARNG and to generate quality leads. Leads are imperative for the Recruiting and Retention Battalion to accomplish the retention aspect of the Strength Maintenance philosophy. Current research suggests a person needs to see an ad at least 7 times to decide on action. Television and radio, when nested with our other advertising, ensures consumers will see our ads on all devices and through several means of communication. This program affords the AKARNG to be in almost all advertising domains Alaskans are exposed to and increases the chance for our target market to reach 7 views.
