The Forest Service, has a need for services to survey, inventory, treatment and post-treatment monitoring for invasive weeds over approximately 2,758 acres within the Overland Pass Project area. Known weed infestations in the units designated for treatment and survey include small sites of leafy spurge (Euphorbia esula), white top (Cardaria draba), spotted knapweed (Centaurea biebersteinii), russian knapweed (Acroptilon repens), scotch thistle (Onopordum acanthium), bull thistle (Cirsium vulgare), musk thistle (Carduus nutans), Canada thistle (Cirsium arvense), and cheat grass (Bromus tectorum).
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, services, labor, supervision, permits, and licenses necessary to survey, inventory, treat, and monitor invasive species infestations except for that which is specified as furnished by the Government.
